We will cover expectations and begin to develop treatment goals that line up with your needs. It’s important to have your electronic intake docs all completed prior to our appointment.

That depends on your goals, needs, progress, and motivation for change. Typically an average expectations is 6-12 sessions for acute treatment. However, clients that are doing deeper work may need longer care.
